AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of St. Ann, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District as no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement describe
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The northern two and one-half (22) feet of the
easement, five (5) feet wide over the southern five (5) feet
of Lot 31 of Block 16 of "Rock Road Terrace Amended" a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 4 of the St.
Louis County Records, the subject easement being granted by
condemnation decree on October 14, 1963, Cause 255217 in the
Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1975.
