AN ORDINANCE appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for additional
costs in the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 247
(DeSmet-Florland - Phase I), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Phase I), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1975.
