AN ORDINANCE transferring Forty Thousand Six Hundred
Sixty and 13/100 Dollars ($40,660.13) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to the
General Fund (Legal Department Account No. 1-1051-404) and
appropriating from the General Fund (Legal Department Account No.
1-1051-404) the sum of Forty Thousand Six Hundred Sixty and 13/100
Dollars ($40,660.13) to be used to pay claims.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Six Hundred
Sixty and 13/100 Dollars ($40,660.13) is hereby transferred from
the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to the General Fund (Legal Department Account No.
1-1051-404).
Section Two. The sum of Forty Thousand Six Hundred
Sixty and 13/100 Dollars ($40,660.13) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund (Legal Department Account No. 1-1051-404) to be
used to pay claims.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1975.
