AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gary & Roger
Link, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 388 (Navajo Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger Link, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 388 (Navajo Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 20th day of November, 1975, and
formally executed on the 25th day of November, 1975, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
