AN ORDINANCE appropriating Ten Thousand Seven Hundred
Seventy-two Dollars and Seventy-nine Cents ($10,772.79) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wedgwood Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood Creek), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Ten
Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-two Dollars and Seventy-nine Cents
($10,772.79) toward the costs of said project; said moneys are
being deposited to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred
Seventy-two Dollars and Seventy-nine Cents ($10,772.79) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood Creek), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
