AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of
Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($3,100.00) from the
unappropriated balance of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Trumbel & Carson (S-799), in the Village of
Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($3,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Maline Creek as a supplemental appropriation to be used
for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Trumbel & Carson (S-799), in the Village of
Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
