AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to grant
to the St. Louis County Water Company an easement for a water pipe across certain real property of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the St. Louis County Water Company has requested said easement as a condition for
supplying water service for the District's Coldwater Downstream #2 Pump Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby grant to the St. Louis County
Water Company an easement for a water-pipe across certain real property owned by the District in St. Louis County,
Missouri, such easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwest line of a tract of land conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6540 Page 1880 of the St. Louis County Records, distant North 56 degrees
2 minutes East 32.91 feet from the most western corner of said tract conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District as aforesaid; thence South 30 degrees 31 minutes East, a distance of 327 feet, more or less, to a point in
the western prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to Raymond L. Teich and wife by deed recorded in
Book 3286 Page 638 of the St. Louis County Records being the point of ending; together with the right to use
additional space adjacent to the above easement as may be required during the period of construction.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
execute in behalf of the District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
