AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixteen Thousand Nine
Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($16,914.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North Kinloch,
Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-three and 71/100 Dollars
($12,453.71) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Daniel Boone Creek, Three Thousand Four
Hundred Seventy-eight and 90/100 Dollars ($3,478.90) from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund, One Thousand Eight
Hundred Six and 32/100 Dollars ($1,806.32) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack-
Dellwood Creek, One Thousand Ninety-eight and 38/100 Dollars
($1,098.38) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of New York & Shelby, One Thousand Fifty-one and
44/100 Dollars ($1,051.44) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek and Nineteen
Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($19,369.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Clayton-Central, to the Subdistrict Planning Fund, to cover
reimbursable expenses of subdistrict development projects that
were advanced by the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Fourteen Dollars ($16,914.00) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North
Kinloch to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty-three and 71/100 Dollars ($12,453.71) is hereby transferred
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Daniel Boone Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred
Seventy-eight and 90/100 Dollars ($3,478.90) is hereby transferred
from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to the
Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Four. The sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred
Six and 32/100 Dollars ($1,806.32) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack-Dellwood Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Five. The sum of One Thousand Ninety-eight and
38/100 Dollars ($1,098.38) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of New
York & Shelby to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Six. The sum of One Thousand Fifty-one and
44/100 Dollars ($1,051.44) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
Section Seven. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($19,369.00) is hereby transferred from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Clayton-Central to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
