AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Thirteen
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) from the General Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase of certain
real property in Block 3221 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
for the purpose of right-of-way along the River des Peres.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase
of certain real property in Block 3221 of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, for the purpose of right-of-way along the River des
Peres.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
