AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Wolter Avenue (Page Avenue to Monroe) 76-RDP-UC-2 (S-
918), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Vinita Park, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director
is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor,
and said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as Wolter Avenue (Page Avenue to
Monroe) 76-RDP-UC-2 (S-918), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
