AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Penrod, Inc.
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Wolter Avenue (Page Avenue to Monroe) 76-RDP-UC-2 in the City of
Vinita Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Penrod, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Wolter Avenue (Page Avenue to Monroe) 76-RDP-UC-2, in the City
of Vinita Park, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
December, 1975, and formally executed on the 9th day of December,
1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1975.
