AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the employees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to participate in the
Deferred Compensation Plan as presented by the Lincoln National
Life Insurance Company.
WHEREAS, said Plan is strictly voluntary in nature,
with participation based on each employee's option, and
WHEREAS, the District will incur no expense for the
implementation of said Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The employees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District are authorized, at the option of each
individual employee, to participate in the Deferred Compensation
Plan as presented by the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1976.
