AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fourteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($14,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Woodson &
Breckenridge Storm Improvement (S-968), in the City of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of this cost to cover the cost
of materials of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, the Executive Director is authorized to issue the
notice to proceed to the contractor, and said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($14,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Woodson & Breckenridge Storm Improvement
(S-968), in the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1976.
