AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with William Choate
Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Woodson Breckenridge Storm Improvement (S-968),
in the City of Breckenridge Hills.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to William Choate Construction Co. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Woodson & Breckenridge Storm Improvement
(S-968), in the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sever District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 24th day of November, 1975, and formally
executed on the 5th day of December, 1975, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
