AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of a Steel Sheet Piling Wall in the project known as Nor Lakes
Apartments Slide (S-940) Protection of Maline Creek Trunk Sewer,
in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of a Sheet Piling Wall in the project
known as Nor Lakes Apartments Slide (S-940) Protection of Maline
Creek Trunk Sewer, in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1976.
