AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of
Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for additional
costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
264 (Robertson), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency, United
States of America, has agreed to contribute Forty-five Thousand
Dollars ($45,000.00) toward the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement
Fund, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension
and Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund as a supplemental appropriation to
be used for additional costs in the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1976.
