AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with the firm of Benefacts, Inc.
for the preparation of a personal statement of benefits for each
District employee.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with the firm of Benefacts, Inc. for the
preparation of a personal statement of benefits for each District
employee.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a total fee in the amount of
Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($10,700.00) for the first year
of said service and such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1976.
