AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Natural Bridge & Nordic Drive (S-924), in the Village of
Bel-Nor, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Natural Bridge & Nordic Drive (S-924), in the
Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd
day of October, 1975, and formally executed on the 14th day of
October, 1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
