AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood) Section II, 75-CC-3, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood) Section II, 75-CC-3, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
June, 1975, and formally executed on the 13th day of January,
1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
