AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with the Village of Bel-Nor,
Missouri, and the Normandy School District, for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as Natural Bridge & Nordic
Drive (S-924), in the Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00)
toward the costs of said project,
WHEREAS, the Normandy School District has agreed to
contribute Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00)
toward the costs of said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized to contract with the
Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri, and the Normandy School District,
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Natural Bridge & Nordic Drive (S-924), in the Village of Bel-Nor,
Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
Section Two. The construction contract between the
District and the contractor for the storm sewer construction will
be awarded in accordance with standard District policies.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1976.
