HomeMy Public PortalAbout02998 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2998 AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 2919, adopted August 27, 1975, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 409 (Prigge and Larimore) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 2919, adopted August 27, 1975, is hereby amended by extending the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 409 (Prigge and Larimore), as set forth in Section Two thereof, to include an area described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Larimore Rd. at its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to Marvin F. Twillman by deed recorded in Bk. 3809, pg. 459, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence northeasterly along said road centerline to its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the northern line of Lot 1 of GREENWAY ACRES, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 41, pg. 36, said Recorder's office; thence easterly along said prolongation, along the northern line of said Lot 1 and along the easterly prolongation of said northern line to a point 200.00' easterly from the northeastern corner of said Lot 1, said point being situated in property conveyed to St. Louis County, Mo. by deed recorded in Bk. 4302, pg. 457, said Recorder's office, and known as "Larimore Park"; thence southerly along a line parallel with, and 200.00' easterly from, measured at right angles to the eastern line of said GREENWAY ACRES and to the eastern lines of properties conveyed to Frank H. Toelle and wife by deed recorded in Bk. 696, pg. 583 to Travis L. Tanner and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6618, pg. 1987 and to said Marvin F. Twillman, to an intersection with the north line of Lot 11 of said GREENWAY ACRES; thence westerly along the north line of Lots 11, 10 and 9 of said subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 9; and thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern lines, resp., of said Twillman property, and along the western prolongation of said northern line, to the beginning. for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to a petition by the affected property owners, finds that such area would be benefitted by the sewer facilities proposed to be constructed in such subdistrict. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2919, as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 409 (Prigge and Larimore) shall be as follows: 3 PRIGGE AND LARIMORE Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Prigge Road and Larimore Road; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Larimore Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of Lot 1 of GREENWAY ACRES, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 41, pg. 36, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence easterly along said western prolongation, along the north line of said Lot 1 and along the eastern prolongation of said north line to a point 200.00' easterly from the northeastern corner of said Lot 1, said point being situated in property conveyed to St. Louis County, Mo. by deed recorded in Bk. 4302, pg. 457, said Recorder's office, and known as "Larimore Park"; thence southerly along a line parallel with, and 200.00' easterly from, measured at right angles to the eastern line of said GREENWAY ACRES and to the eastern lines of properties conveyed to Frank H. Toelle and wife by deed recorded in Bk. 696, pg. 583 to Travis L. Tanner and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6618, pg. 1987 and to said Marvin F. Twillmart, to an intersection with the north line of Lot 11 of said GREENWAY ACRES; thence westerly along the north line of Lots 11, 10 and 9 of said subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence southerly along the westerly line of Lot 9 of said GREENWAY ACRES, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 41, pg. 36, St. Louis County Recorder's office, to an intersection with a line parallel with, and 200' northerly from, measured at right angles 4 to the north line of Prigge Road as per plat of said GREENWAY ACRES; thence easterly along said parallel line to its intersection with the east line of Lot 24 of said GREENWAY ACRES; thence southerly along the east line of Lot 24 of said GREENWAY ACRES and its prolongation southwardly across Prigge Road to an intersection with a line parallel with, and 193.50' southerly from, measured at right angles to the south line of Prigge Road, as originally 30' wide, said point of intersection lying within the property conveyed to Robert M. Grelle and wife, et al., by deeds recorded in Book 6511, pg. 1039 and Book 6707, pg. 293, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence westerly along said last described parallel line to the southeast corner of Lot 16 of LARIMORE ESTATES PLAT NO. 1, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 63, pg. 44, said Recorder's office; thence westerly along the south line of said last named subdivision, 945.10' to the southwestern corner of Lot 7 of said LARIMORE ESTATES, PLAT NO. 1, being also the easternmost corner of Lot 6 of said subdivision; thence southwesterly along the southeastern line of said Lot 6, 54.98' to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northwesterly along the southwestern line of said Lot 6 and its prolongation to the centerline of Larimore Road; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Larimore Road to the point of beginning. 5 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1976.
