AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 366 -
University City Branch of River des Peres (Mendell-Section II),
RDP-UC-6, in the City of University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 366 - University City Branch of River des Peres
(Mendell-Section II), RDP-UC-6, in the City of University City,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of June,
1975, and formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1975, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
