AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Eight Thousand
Dollars ($8,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to pay
Russell Axon, Engineers, Planners & Architects, for the
preparation of an engineering evaluation study report of the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Company.
WHEREAS, should the District acquire said Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Company, said moneys will be repaid from the revenue of the
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Company to the General Fund of the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to pay Russell Axon, Engineers, Planners & Architects,
for the preparation of an engineering evaluation study report of
the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Company.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1976.
