AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with the firm of Russell & Axon,
Engineers, Planners & Architects, for the preparation of an
engineering evaluation study report of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Company.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with the firm of Russell & Axon, Engineers,
Planners & Architects, for the preparation of an engineering
evaluation study report of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Company.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed
Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1976.
