AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($115,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 342
(Clayton Central - Section III, Phase I), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($115,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 342 (Clayton Central - Section III, Phase I), in the City of
Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1976.
