AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Penrod, Inc.
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 342
(Clayton Central - Section III, Phase I), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Penrod, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
342 (Clayton Central - Section III, Phase I), in the City of
Clayton, Missouri, within The MetroPolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
January, 1976, and formally executed on the 10th day of February,
1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
