AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Sixteen Thousand
Two Hundred Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($16,237.50) from the
General Fund (Acct. 1-1062-205) of the District for the purchase
of gabions to replenish the District's inventory.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($16,237.50) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund (Acct. 1-1062-205) of the
District for the purchase of gabions to replenish the District's
inventory.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1976.
