AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($48,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
purchase of gabions and rock for the construction of a gabion wall
in the project known as Colony Forest Home, Green Acres, 74-MC-2,
in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a joint effort between St.
Louis County, Missouri and the District, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute the labor, equipment and site restoration for the
completion of said project, with the District paying for the
gabions and rock only,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($48,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek to be used for the purchase of gabions and rock for
the construction of a gabion wall in the project known as Colony
Forest Home, Green Acres, 74-MC-2, in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1976.
