HomeMy Public PortalAbout03009 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3009 AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($214,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for the construction of the Trash Screening and Removal Alterations at the Baden Pumping Station, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and the District have entered into an agreement whereby the City of St. Louis, Missouri, will contribute Two Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($205,000.00) toward the completion of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Mississippi River Construction Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($214,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for the construction of the Trash Screening and Removal Alterations at the Baden Pumping Station, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1976.
