AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for the construction of the Trash Screening
and Removal Alterations at the Baden Pumping Station, in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Trash
Screening and Removal Alterations at the Baden Pumping Station, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th
day of February, 1976, and formally executed on the 24th day of
February, 1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
