AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 418 (Sassafras
Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the
expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as
Subdistrict No. 418 (Sassafras Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 418
(Sassafras Lane) shall be as follows:

SASSAFRAS LANE
Beginning in the northwest line of property conveyed to Michael A.
Kelley and wife by deed recorded in Bk. 6140, pg. 321, St. Louis
County, Mo. Recorder's office, at its intersection with the
eastern line of Florissant Rd. as established by instruments
recorded in Bk. 4558, pg. 72 and Bk. 4511, pg. 84, said Recorder's
office; thence southerly along said road line 421.97' to the
northwestern line of Sassafras Ln.; thence southerly across
Sassafras Ln. to the southeastern line thereof, at its
intersection with the eastern line of Florissant Rd. as
established by said instrument recorded in Bk. 4558, pg. 72;
thence south on said last described east line of Florissant Rd.,
10.00'; thence southeasterly in a straight line to the eastern
most corner of property conveyed to John O. Teichmann and wife by
deed recorded in Bk. 2684, pg. 355, said Recorder's office; thence
northerly in a straight line to the southernmost corner of
property conveyed to Kah Kim Ong and wife by deed recorded in Bk.
6592, pg. 2374, said Recorder's office; thence northwesterly along
said Ong's southwest line, 60.00'; thence northerly in a straight
line to the northernmost corner of said Ong property; thence
northeasterly along the northeastern prolongation of the northwest
line of said Ong property to its intersection with the southern
line of property conveyed to Donald D. Strohbeck and wife by deed
recorded in Bk. 4868, pg. 423, said Recorder's office; thence
southeasterly along the southern line of said Strohbeck's
property, being on a curve to the right (radius = 100.42') 52'∀

to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northeast along the
southeast line of said Strohbeck property, 20.00'; thence
northerly in a straight line to the northernmost corner of said
Strohbeck property, being also at the easternmost corner of
property conveyed to Charles A. Heimann and wife, by deed recorded
in Bk. 6557, pg. 1983, said Recorder's office; thence
southwesterly along the southeast line of said Heimann property to
a point 40.00' southwesterly therealong from the western most
corner of said Strohbeck property; thence northwesterly,
perpendicular to the southeast line of said Heimann property,
144.20' to the northwest line thereof; and thence southwesterly
along the northwest lines of said Heimann and Kelley properties,
to the beginning.
