AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract, No. E-281, with the firm of
Edward J. Robson & Associates, Inc., for architectural services
relating to the preparation of architectural plans for a training
center addition to the District building at 2000 Hampton Avenue,
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District is interested in having
architectural plans prepared for a training center addition to the
District building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract, No. E-281, with the firm of Edward J. Robson &
Associates, Inc. for architectural services relative to the
preparation of architectural plans for a training center addition
to the District building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a total fee in the amount of
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
