AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no further need for the
subject portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is vacated, to wit:
The West 5 feet of an existing 10 foot wide easement lying
West of and adjacent to the East line of Lot 162 of
"Parc Argonne Forest Plat 2", a Subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 156, Pages 10
and 11 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
