AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
2101, adopted December 1, 1970, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 363 (Attucks and Tolstoi) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2101, adopted December 1,
1970, is hereby amended by extending the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 363 (Attucks and Tolstoi), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, to include an area described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Attucks St., at its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line
of Lot 51 of EAST KIRKWOOD SOUTH OF PACIFIC RAILROAD, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo., as represented on plat
recorded in P.B. 5, pg. 32 of the City (former County) of St.
Louis, Mo. Recorder's office; thence westerly along the
centerline of said Attucks St., 380'∀ to the southern
prolongation of the west line of property conveyed to John W.
Hays and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3098, pg. 508 St.
Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence north along said
prolongation and along the west line of said Hays property,
220' to its northwest corner; thence east along the north
line of said Hays property 39.48' to the southwest corner of
property conveyed to Lloyal M. Burton and wife, by deed
recorded in Bk. 3570, pg. 211, said St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence north along the west line of said
Burton property, 20'∀ to an intersection with a line
parallel with, and 208.71' southerly from the south line of
Big Bend Rd., 60' wide (as measured along the east line of
said Lot 51); thence east 354'∀ along said parallel line to
the east line of said Lot 51; and thence south 240.29' along
the east line of said Lot 51, and its prolongation, to the
beginning,
for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to a petition
by the affected property owner, finds that such area can be served
effectively by the sewer facilities already constructed by and for
said Subdistrict No. 363.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2101,
as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 363
(Attucks and Tolstoi) shall be as follows:

ATTUCKS AND TOLSTOI
Beginning in the centerline of Attucks St. at its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 9 in Block
34 of MEACHAM PARK, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in
P.B. 3, pg. 33, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence west
along the centerline of Attucks St. to its intersection with the
southern prolongation of the west line of property conveyed to
John W. Hays and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3098, pg. 508, said
Recorder's office; thence northerly along said prolongation, and
along said west line, to the northwest corner of said Hays
property; thence east along the north line of said Hays property
39.48' to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Lloyal M.
Burton and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3570, pg. 211, said
Recorder's office; thence north along the west line of said Burton
property 20'∀ to an intersection with a line parallel with, and
208.71' southerly from the south line of Big Bend Rd., 60' wide,
(as measured along the east line of said Lot 51); thence east
354'∀ along said parallel line to the east line of said Lot 51;
thence south along the east line of Lot 51 to its southeast
corner, in the north line of Attucks St.; thence west along the
north line of Attucks St. to its intersection with the northern
prolongation of the centerline of Tolstoi St.; thence south along
said prolongation and along the centerline of Tolstoi St. to its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the east-west
centerline of Block 35 of said MEACHAM PARK; thence west along

said eastern prolongation, and along said east-west centerline of
Block 35, to the southwest corner of Lot 11 in said Block 35;
thence north along the west line of said Lot 11, and its northern
prolongation to the centerline of New York St.; thence west along
the centerline of New York St. to its intersection with the
southern prolongation of the east line of Lot 36 in said Block 34;
thence north along said southern prolongation, and along the east
lines of Lot 36 and 9 in said Block 34, and along the northern
prolongation of said Lot 9, to the beginning.
