AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in City Block
4385 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate all its rights, title and
interest to the subject easement and the sewer therein and the
District has no further need for such easement and sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below and
the sewer therein is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement five (5) feet wide granted to the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 5344, Page
199 of the City of St. Louis records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
