AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the owner of the subject property has
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6795, Page 1275
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
that portion of sewer easement coincident with the
sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the deed recorded in Plat Book 6849,
Page 1917 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
