AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($4,100.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven) Section III, in the
City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the scope of said project has increased,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($4,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
as a supplemental appropriation to be used for additional costs in
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn
Haven) Section III, in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
