AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of Two
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($2,600.00) from the unappropriated
balance of the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be
used for additional costs in the construction of a concrete pier
revetment at Morganford Slide IX (S-849), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($2,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund as a
supplemental appropriation to be used for additional costs in the
construction of a concrete pier revetment at Morganford Slide IX
(S-849), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1976.
