AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers in the project known as Missouri Hills School Sanitary
Sewer - Phase I (S-795), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of
the project known as Missouri Hills School Sanitary Sewer - Phase
I (S-795), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1976.
