AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in the project
known as Missouri Hills School Sanitary Sewer - Phase I (S-795),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in the
project known as Missouri Hills School Sewer - Phase I (S-795), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th
day of March, 1976, and formally executed on the 13th day of
April, 1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
