AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Dollars ($13,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Operation and
Maintenance Fund for road repairs at the Coldwater Creek Treatment
Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Operation and Maintenance Fund for road repairs at the Coldwater
Creek Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1976.
