AN ORDINANCE transferring Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-eight Dollars ($15,238.00) from the unappropriated balance
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, and
Three Thousand Fifteen Dollars ($3,015.00) from the unappropriated
balance of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Operation and Maintenance
Fund to the General Fund of the District, and appropriating
thirty-three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-one Dollars ($33,491.00)
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund of the
District to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to pay the
one-year premium on the District's automobile insurance policy
expiring February 1, 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-eight Dollars ($15,238.00) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Fifteen
Dollars ($3,015.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
balance of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Operation and Maintenance
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Ninety-one Dollars ($33,491.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund of the
District to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used to pay
the one-year premium on the District's automobile insurance policy
expiring February 1, 1977.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1976.
