AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Gass &
Tennyson (S-916), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Overland, Missouri, has
contributed one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; the
Executive Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to
the contractor, and said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Gass & Tennyson (S-916), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1976.
