AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Gass & Tennyson (S-916), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Gass & Tennyson (S-916), in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of April,
1976, and formally executed on the 27th day of April, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
