AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($110,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Rusdon Drive
Storm Sewer (75-GC-8), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri has
contributed one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($110,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Rusdon Drive Storm Sewer (75-GC-8), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1976.
