AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Co. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Rusdon Drive Storm Sewer (75-GC-8), in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Co. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Rusdon Drive Storm Sewer (75-GC-8), in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of
April, 1976, and formally executed on the 27th day of April, 1976,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
