AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Charlack-Olden (S-1003), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Overland, Missouri, contributed
one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Charlack-Olden (S-1003), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1976.
