AN ORDINANCE, vacating any and all rights in Warnen
Road in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate rights in the subject Road and
the District has no need for said Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The rights of the District in Warnen
Road as described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Warnen Road being bounded on the North by the South line of
Lots 26 and 27 and a part of Lot 25 of High Ridge
Heights Addition Amended Plat of Lots 1, 2, 25, 26 and
27 as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 11 of the St.
Louis County Records, on the West by the East
right-of-way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad, on the South by the North line of
property now or formerly conveyed to Mallinckrodt
Chemical Works by deed recorded in Book 6476, Page 2231
of the St. Louis County Records, and on the East by the
prolongation Northwardly of the East line of tract
conveyed to Mallinckrodt Chemical Works by deed
recorded in Book 6476, Page 2231 as aforementioned.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1976.
