AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
A ten (10) foot wide easement beginning in the South
right-of-way line of Natural Bridge Road a distance of
340 feet west of McKelvey Road, 60 feet wide; thence
South 1 degree 3 minutes East 140 feet, said easement
being in Lot "B" of Pierce Subdivision in U.S. Survey
130, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in Bridgeton,
Missouri and recorded in Plat Book 155, pages 74 and 75
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1976.
