AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Forest Drive Storm Sewer (74-MC-16), in the City
of Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Forest Drive Storm Sewer (74-MC-16), in the City
of Berkeley, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
April, 1976, and formally executed on the 11th day of May, 1976,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 3064
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1976.
